No. GST and QST are added, which puts The Essential at $803.68 all in. That is written under the price, not buried in a footnote. If your business is registered for tax, you claim all of it back on your return, so the real cost to you stays $699.
Ten rounds of revisions, included for one month. After that month, text, price and photo changes stay covered by hosting and maintenance, free the first year. An extra page or a new feature is quoted separately.
By credit card or Interac e-Transfer, whichever you prefer. One payment of $803.68 including tax, when you approve the mockup. No balance to chase three weeks later, and no card kept on file. If you are already decided, the payment link is right on the package card. Otherwise it is texted to you the moment you say yes to the mockup.
You have 48 hours after payment to cancel and be refunded in full, as long as production has not started. Once the site is built there is no refund, but any technical defect reported within 30 days of launch is fixed at no charge. That is in the agreement, not just here.
We start anyway. I send you a short list of questions, you answer in about a page, I write from that. For photos we use your phone or stock images until you have real ones. The 7 day clock starts when the content is in my hands.
Hosting and maintenance are free the first year, then $35 a month, cancel anytime. If you stop, the site comes off my hosting and I hand you the files: it is yours, host it wherever you like. A site is paid for once, it is not rented.
You do. The site code is yours, and so are your words and your photos. If you ever want to leave, you leave with your site and host it wherever you like. Nobody holds your site hostage.
Because WordPress hands you a dashboard you will never open, plugins to update and a way in for attackers. Your site is built in code and served as static files. It loads fast, it does not break, and there is nothing on your side to administer.
I refund 10% of the price for every business day late, up to 50%. One condition, the same for everyone: the clock starts when your content is in my hands, not at signature. If I am waiting on your photos, that is not my delay. The start date is confirmed to you in writing, and all of it is in the agreement.
You text or email me the change. If it is text, a price, a photo or opening hours, it is live the same business day. It is included in hosting and maintenance: free the first year, then $35 a month, up to 30 minutes of changes a month. Beyond that it is $75/hr, quoted before I start, never after. In practice 30 minutes covers a lot: changing a price, hours or a paragraph takes two minutes.
French is the default version, with complete and equivalent English content. Nothing half translated. Included in every plan, never an add-on.
